South Korean label Post Archive Function (PAF) joins forces with On Running for their first collaboration featuring apparel and footwear. The CURRENT FORM 1.0 collection highlights the Swiss sportswear brand’s maximalist Cloudmonster 2 in two neutral-toned renditions infused with 80% recycled materials. The On Running x PAF Cloudmonster 2 “Moondust” arrives in an earthy colour scheme with a bare-bones aesthetic, allowing its maximalist running technology to do the talking.
This iteration boasts a pale beige woven upper with synthetic reinforcements offering a lightweight, breathable feel. Minimalist brand logos adorn the toe and rear, complementing the co-branded labels on the insoles. The asymmetrical lacing system pays homage to the smooth water flow in the Limmat River in Switzerland, an ode to the brand’s home country. A massive CloudTec® midsole provides maximum energy return and bounce, creating a forward-rolling rocker effect when in motion. The dual-density Helion™ superfoam and nylon-blend Speedboard® complement the cushioning system for a springy takeoff and softer impact protection. Below, the durable rubber sole offers a grippy and flexible ride.
